The card has been teminated and can't be linked

I am trying to link to my virtual Revolut account a new Standard Revolut card i have received few days ago but the operation is denied becouse the app says “This card has been teminated and can’t be linked. Please order a new card or contact support for assistence”.

After the arrival of the card, i have also successfully verified my identity.

I have charged my virtual account with 50 € but i cannot use the physical card yet at any ATM.

How can i solve this problem in order to use the card for withdrawal operation?
