Thanks. I thought so. And I was expecting to see a field for ref number as I usually see when I pay orange slips. But the mask in this case was different. And the field for the ref number was not there…Are you also using UBS e-banking and have you tried to to top up R from your personal account?
There must be some form field for additional texts, doesn’t necessarily have to be named „reference“, no?
(I am not a UBS customer. But search this forum, I vaguely remember it being discussed before.)

Use the field “Reason for payment” between the Amount and the Execution date. It worked fine for me 
They never had their own IBAN. Press + and you can still transfer to a Swiss IBAN.
