Is it possible to reactivate my terminated card from 2016 as I still have it?
Or do I have to order a new card with a new number.

I can’t find any announcement regarding Switzerland and I can’t reactivate my card…
I tried to create a account and top up 10e but I have no information if it’s working or not.
I ordered a credit Card and paid 6e for it but I have not had any news since 5 days…
Any other informations ?
