SWIFT payment without reference

I had a colleague transfer money to my EUR account using my SWIFT details in the app. However it seems she may have forgotten to add the reference, or indeed I may have forgotten to send it in the first place!

It’s been a month now with no sign of the payment but it’s gone from her account. Is there any way I can check on it?

Of course. Please write them about it using in-app chat. They are able to assign it manually.
Please be prepared to send them some documents, such as banks statement for this wire transfer.
