Support while in Greece

I have been in Greece for the last 2weeks and requested advice and information on ATM withdrawals. The support I received was poor and delayed and the attitude was very lower than basic customer services. I understand that the company is based on a low cost model but the support is a very important part of the business if they want to grow and succeed. Has anyone else experienced this? Thanks

I am not quite sure what your overall question is respectively what sort of information you are looking for.

The banks charge an access or transaction fee. They have different agreements with different banks. Revolut is not one of the banks that they will allow free access.
