Support to block a bank transfer and recive a return transfer

Dear All,
am writing you on behalf of my sister Cecilia and mother Milena who is actually one of your clients. My sister was supposed to sent to my mam a bank transfer with an amount of 1000€.
Instead of using my mother IBAN; she used incorrectly another IBAN found on your app which is entitled to Revolut LTD (this operation was done on the 5th of January).

I contact the customer Service to ask for support on January the 10th, the y aid me they would have move the money to my mother back account ( but provide me no evidence). Since nothing happened my sister ask her bank for a return transfer.

Revolut did not reply for this request yet. What should I do now?
