Hi. I have requested my account limit to be lifted. The agent referred me to a ‘special team’ which handles these requests. It now has been a week without any communication from Revolut. Also the chat became numb as the notification bubble says I need to wait 96h for the team to get back to me. Which is another problem, as I managed to block my card (while entering 3x incorrect pin). Can somebody please get back to me so I can solve both issues? Thanks
