I’ve just got back from a trip to the US where I had a number of issues, some of which were of my own making. However I have been communicating (erratically) with support using Chat and they have asked for more info but I can’t send it because the Send button is greyed out.
Any idea why that might be?
Can you please kill and reopen the app, then try to reach our support team?

I was trying to pay via bank transfer but the Send button is greyed out. When I
m sending money, though, its active.
