Support response time is annoying


Does anyone know how to get support? RITA usually is not very supportive and when you type “live agent” you are kindly informed that you will have to wait for 4 hours. So may be would be good idea to allow download of Complaint Form from the page instead of wasting a day trying to get supported by “very supportive agents”.
