Yesterday i tried to contact support. No response at all. Revolut should make a form or supply an emailaddress for contact.
Having the same problem…plus, wanted to attach a file to the support communication in my app, the button remained idle when pressing ‘attach’. A more official way of communicating would be appropriate.
What device you guys using?
Sometimes i have a problem that i not can send message there is then a red “!”
Some app crash on sending pictures
Most time i can resolve that by push turn on/off but wait that the turn off slider comes then push and hold the home button until the turn off screen go away.
Then go back to the app and try again.
Im using a iPhone 7 Plus iOS 11.0 devBeta
No human customer support when talking about real money is a total turn-off.
