Support messages not delivered in the app


Hi - the in app chat support has stopped working. I am able to post but it comes with a red exclamation mark which suggests the message hasn’t been delivered.
I’m looking for someone to reset my pin as when I access PIN services from the ATM I get the message “Number of attempts exceeded, please contact your card supplier”. Can someone at Revolut reset my PIN attempts (I know my PIN number).
