Support is not responding (1 month) - Premium plan user

Hi! I always see the message saying We’re experiencing high number of requests. I can’t contact support for over a month and waiting for my top up transfer for 2+ months. Please advice

I don’t know what to say really, but smart move would be to just stop using it until someone explains wtf is going on. I stopped using it, something just doesn’t feel right and if shit hits the fan i don’t want to get caught in it.

Quoted for truth (emphasis mine). That’s what I’m doing myself as well. The sneaky underhanded tactics in how the fees and markups are changed unannounced and complete lack of support when things go south (as they often do for lots of people it seems) are not worth any potential minuscule savings.
