Support fails to assist.

I’m purchasing Premium to get support as fast as I need.

Currently my account is blocked for over a month

App support hardly replies to me, it takes over 1 week and dozen of messages to get reply that account is being investigated and then weeks go by without any assistance.

Sending messages over facebook even tried to contact Baltic account manager , still no resolution.
