There is still a problem with the chat I haven’t had a reply in 2 days now, so much for a ‘premium’ service any idea when I might be graced with a response?
This is taking the piss now, still no chat and no response on here either… WTF
I emailed, facebooked and tweeted them and eventually got somone two days later. Best person to contact is Andreas K via @RevolutApp on twitter

Hi Andreas, I have been trying to contact support for 3 weeks now, every day the same story… please help me… issue with the account is that I had to replace my card, and I need to restore it both to use Revolut as a consumer and to invest as a shareholder (unfortunately your system doesn’t see me as a client, hence won’t allow access to the crowdfunding).
