I tried to withdraw money from an ATM but it would not dispense the cash, and my Revolut account is blocked. I’ve been in touch through the support chat, I first got a reply to my issue on Wednesday 26/07 asking for a screenshot of my debit card and internet banking. I provided the information on Thursday 27/07, however have not heard back from support for over 24 hours now. When I sent the message with my details above the support chat said somebody would respond in 4 hours.
Can somebody please contact me as soon as possible to resolve the issue?
