Support bug


You really need to improve the way support works.

Unless I have a GREAT internet connection the support tab looks like this and never opens.

Also I receive replies from support via an iPhone popup message but they don’t always appear in the app.

It’s been happening for months and a re-install makes no difference.


I think the problem of the support tab issue is the system loads all support conversion from months or even years ago and that can cause the display to fail on slower internet connections.

You need to improve this somehow.

You could just load say a week of support conversation with a “more” button to load older conversations.
