Support blocked after verification of funds upload


I have tried to upload my last payslip and and p60 for verification of funds. I dont know if it worked or not but my usage limit has not been removed and i cannot contact the support because my support page is like locked on a blank not refreshing
I have perfect 4g reception
I have tried everything including desinstall and reinstal of the app , support still not accessible
Please help
