Support app not working


Hi, the support app seems to have stopped working. Normally if you say live agent the bot picks it up and says how long you have to wait etc, now nothing. I messaged for a live agent yesterday at 10am GMT and nothing, and then a few hours later, this morning, nobody has responded, nothing has told me I’m in a queue, nothing.

The support app is barely functional to be honest, a ticketing system would be far better all around as the you know how many tickets you have outstanding, and we know our request is definitely in a queue waiting to be dealt with, like this I have no idea what is going on, if anyone will get back to me, if I need to try another route etc.
