Sudden reduction in top-up limit after applying for increase

I’m not sure why Revolut support has gotten so bad recently.

Last year you increased my top-up limit. I saw I was getting close to reaching it so I requested a further extension. You then REDUCED my limit back to default (I’m now over my limit) and are taking too long to respond to my documents.

Why should we trust Revolut with our money if you’re going to make sudden changes to people’s account that affect their ability to pay their bills?
