Studying abroad - don't remember old phone number

Hi, I am studying abroad in USA at the moment and have a new mobile phone as well as a new number. The problem is, I don’t remember my old number to log in with! I have my Revolut card but am unable to use it. How can I gain access to my account and update my mobile number?
