Stuck verify source of funds and no online support


I’m approaching my top up limit so uploaded documents to verify the source of my funds 2 weeks ago. First it said it would take 24 hours and then it said 96 hours. It is still not resolved. I have tried online chat support several times but get no answer. I’m due an overseas trip next week and need the top up limit increasing asap.
