Stuck in Queue, Unable to contact Support


My App is currently stuck in “You’re on the waiting list” and my position has not moved up the queue.

I initially setup my account in New Zealand which i believe is not a supported country, however now that I have moved to the UK and changed my contact details, I am still unable to login within the app or request help within the app.

Is it possible to reset my account setup or to delete my account so I can begin the setup process anew?
