Apologies for posting this as it has probably been asked before but I can’t seem to get any further. Not a great start, using iPhone and can’t get past the ‘Delivery Method’ always defaults to view upgrade options
This might be because you selected free delivery. This is only available for premium customers. Just select a different delivery option and you should be able to place your order
Originally opted for standard (£5) when that didn’t work I tried Express and Free with the same result - defaults to the upgrade option
