Strange things with my Visa Card


On the 18th of January, I went out for grocery and I paid with my Revolut Visa Card, forgetting that it was “freezed”.
Surprisingly the shop accepted the payment (I have the proof that the transaction has been accepted) and I went back home.
Checking the transaction, I discovered that in the app the payment has been declined and no money has been taken.

With the in-app support we agreed to to see what the merchant is going to do.
I have also sent a msg to @AndreasK, waiting for his answer.

I am not sure if the bug is on Revolut side or on the shop side, but I thought it was good idea to share the problem.

Anyone had the same experience?
