STILL stuck with a yearly limit


So after last weeks reply that my case was escalated to the compliance team, is there any indication as to when my limit will be increased as the account is still in limbo for transferring/spending?!

There appears to be no reply on support chat so not even sure if that function works in the app and it’s not been the greatest customer experience so far :frowning:
