Still no card

I requested a card, paid for it but still not received it. I have tried the in app chat, all I get is a hello, when I reply and then say I’ve not received my card, all I get is ignored! Not very good customer service at all is it?!

It was the 29th May. I eventually got a reply from the in app chat, they’ve refunded me and I’ve reordered. I won’t reorder again if this happens again though.
