Still keep pending verification

Hello, I read the information that showed it only needed to take 10mins to a hour for verification, but I have sent the documents a day, it still shows pending verification, is it a normal situation? I was trying to contact your customer service team, but nobody answered me.

Yes, I am still trying to contact with the customer service, so difficult to get a reply from them. Need to eat the dust when I stay in another country if I can’t pass the verification. :joy:
