Source of funds verification - still waiting



I’m wondering if someone can help, I’m a premium Revolut user and I contacted live chat to verify my source of funds so that I can increase my top-up limit. The support assistant advised they will escalate the chat to the correct department. This was 3 days ago and I’ve still not had any sort of reply back. I’ve tried to send messages in the chat but I get no response.

Can someone help with this please as I would like to increase my top uplimit as soon as possible.
