(Solved) Top-up pending since 4 days. Funds blocked. No answer from customer service !!!


I topped up my account and as I exceeded the annual top-up limit (not aware it existed) the funds have been blocked.
Customer service sent my request to “another team” to increase the limit.
The problem had to be solved within 96 hours and still nothing!
I have tried to contact them through chat more than ten times.

How to get in touch with those people???
HELP!!! I need my funds!


Either wait or type resolved and then live agent ones again.
I suggest contact via DM on Twitter too (in my opinion the fastest way of contact)
