[solved] need change the phone number,waiting reply form online chat for 6 days

Thank you Olga, at 29 may, i was in touche with online chat for the question about unique IBAN number, and the chat have informed me the request is transfered to onboarding team… And just after that ( 5 minutes later …), i asked how can i do for update the phone number, and then… nothing…
