My account was locked immediately after receiving some funds to my account. The app asked to provide the code for my last card transaction. I did it successfully but I am still locked. I need to use my account (Christmas is all-round). The chatbot is the only thing I can access in the app but it says that I will be contacted in 24 hours. This looks very very bad as I am a premium customer. @larysa.stachowicz or @AndreasK could you please check and help?
on chat I received a reply after a few hours and they unblocked my account.
