my second interaction with support regarding deposit limits. first time was answered almost immediately, but this time there has been no reply after 20 hours, and my incoming funds are stuck in limbo. maybe my expectations have been raised too much after the first time, but it’s still frustrating. Is this normal?
if at least they acknowledged your message(s) that would be something. but no, nothing. I also use Monzo and they are much quicker to respond, and you can see the message status.
