Slow service / verification


Hi, I am trying to up my limit and have provide all documents but I am not getting a response at all, even a message to acknowledge. I pay a premium service fee , not happy. Can someone please reply ans acknowledge my message?

In that case 3 documents were sent by “Verify source of funds” button. Text on chat was added automatically. Then decision, answer, and… This is it :grin:
