I have been fully verified, but I have experienced several problems, their support chat doesn’t not work, my account is blocked after trying to transfer money out. They are holding thousands of my euros without explanation and will not respond to Facebook or their support chat in the app.
Its shocking, I’m very surprised at this as I am fully verified with my ID and bank account and yet they are still blocking my account and holding my money.
It wouldn’t be so bad if they just explained the situation but after many requests they simply ignore me.
I would stay away from this app at least until their chat wait times are not 5 hours and even then they do not respond.
