When a purchase is made, in the begining the transaction is in “pending” state. Usually after a couple of days the transaction is “completed”. If it is a purchase which later gets cancelled, then the status is “reverted”.
The only way to see which transactions that are currently “pending” is to open each of them and check.
When a transaction is “reverted” - it is not possible to see the date when it happened. The only way to find out is to contact the support.
It would be helpful to:
- have a place (filter?) to see all the “pending” transactions and the total reserved sum
- see the exact date for the “reverted” transactions (and get a notification about it?) without the need to burden the support
