Hi there,

I am trying to set up my account but I cannot get past the “set up home address” part , it keeps saying postal code is invalid. Can you please advise ?

It was problem connected with dash symbol in this area. Can it be the same in your situation?

I have deleted and re installed and unfortunately I am still getting the same error message ‘postcode is invalid please re-enter’ . I have tried different variations and am still getting the same message.
