Send money to Revolut without beneficiary


So yesterday I wanted to transfer money from my personal debit card to my Revolut account. However, I sent the money to the general Revolut bank account number instead of my own Revolut account number. So basically I did not enter a reference/beneficiary.

How can I make sure the money gets to my own Revolut account?

Nobody is helping me on the helpdesk app unfortunately…

In short, provide support some sort of receipt that shows the outgoing account details. Provide everything they need that they can allocate the money for you without getting back to you. This way, you don’t have to wait for a response.
