I changed my phone a few days ago. Reinstalled the app, logged in, everything seems to be working fine, no issues. Logging on with TouchId is working fine as well.
However, every time I try to send money to my daughters’ <18 accounts, after using TouchId to confirm the transfer, it always asks for a confirmation code that’s sent by SMS. Always. It didn’t do that before. I seem to remember being asked to enter a confirmation code in the past, but it only happened occasionally, not each and every time.
Is there anything I can do to make it stop?
Interestingly, when I transferred a small amount to an adult friend of mine (to whom I had sent money before), it didn’t even ask for a fingerprint confirmation, let alone an SMS code. And yet for my own <18 accounts it requires both.
