The ability to transfer my crypto to different addresses. Use my revolut card to pay with my bitcoins.

Hey jpsmoura. For Revolut to support this the essentially need to be an Exchange. By being an Exchange there is additional regulation and by them also looking for a banking license it would be very hard for them to do both.
If you have bought Bitcoin on Revolut you can still use them to pay with. If your base currency does not have enough founds then Revolut will exchange the needed amount from your Bitcoin account.
