Hello i have problem i did not recive my salary for 12 days and today i am waiting for the agent 6 hours. I live in Malta and i went to the company and the bank and they told me that transaction pass good but i still dont have money on my acount. What should i do?

I resolve that problem last night. And i use the card and app normaly. But today i recive the message you account is blocked for security reasons. I realy dont know what is wrong with them. I contact the agent he asked me something i respond but he is not responding for 2 hours already.
