Salary payment not received 3 banking after sending

Hi, on the 25th my company sent my salary to Revolut for the “get salary” function they now offer to European customers. I am now sitting here 4PM on a Friday afternoon, with no way to pay my rent and other expenses that are due. both the in app support and Facebook support have not responded in 3-4 hours since I contacted them.

I have gotten confirmation by the payments team that the funds were sent successfully and not reversed etc.

Revolut, how do you expect customers to continue using you with this feature if it`s such a nightmare?

First of all it is not very smart to use Revolut for any kind of essential financials and second it might not be Revoluts fault at all if it’s one of those retarded banks that checks the country code in the BIC to match.
