Salary concerns

My French company has sent my salary into my REVOLUT account on Wednesday 29th September but I haven’t received it. Are you able to confirm when that will go into my revolut account?

The 29th of September was a Friday.

On Friday there were some technical issues, so payments processing had a backlog.

The SEPA payment should enter your EUR currency account as scheduled.

It was on Wednesday, I must have got the day wrong. Can you confirm how many days it takes for the payment to go in? It seems very slow…

I’ve never used the personal EUR IBAN myself, but it should be relatively quick.

Could you please confirm if this was a SEPA transfer or BACS?
