Rubbish customer service


Does anyone else think the waiting time to get a response from online chat is rubbish. I have been waiting now for 24 hours for a response.
Not good enough if your in a foreign country and need a quick response. Saying your working on a new system is not void enough.


Does seem to be a recurring theme. Everyone seems to think Twitter/Facebook is a quicker option for a better response time.


Yeah… that’s pretty much the way to go until it gets fixed :slight_smile:
