Understand that the support team is very busy, however, from a client perspective you cannot ignore clients on the chat that are having serious issues… I’ve been waiting for a response for 3 days and nothing. At least, I would appreciate receiving an ETA or something, but it seems that I’m talking to a wall. And it’s a really serious problem that is causing me issues.
Before, the support used to be very effective and solve issues within a few hours. Now that you guys became a unicorn and obtained so much funding, you should use it for support…
