I’m since 12th of January trying to use the chat (the ony way to contact them) without any replay! I used the messenger on facebook and even upgrated to primium ony to have access to a 24/7 chat and even after being a primium, no answer on chat! Tried to call, but that is only to cancel your card. Tried to find an email or phone number… Nothing!!!

Since 12th with a big problem and nobody to talk with! This is just ridiculous!

Not a fraud, and not the only way to get in touch with them.
It seems there’s a glitch preventing some users to use the chat (I don’t work for :r: so I don’t exactly know what’s going on) :frowning:
About the premium subscription, you’re still able to cancel it if you wish, without penalty if you didn’t use any premium service.

Some users have seen success typing “Resolved” to trigger the robot and begin the conversation again, but most definitely by reaching :r: through Facebook or Twitter, as they’re usually fast and helpful :wink:
