Revolut doesn’t provide the actual insurance services. The idea behind the other services (Revolut Credit, Revolut Insurance, Revolut Wealth.), I think, is that there will be a pool/‘marketplace’ of options that the customer can choose from.
Right now the geographical limitations has to do with (financial) regulatory compliance and operational constraints. I’m sure they’ll be expanding this very soon.
