I understand the frustration of people who haven’t received good service, but so that others wouldn’t be completely put off - I have had amazing service when ordering cards. Turned up within 24 hrs in a beautiful case (kids still play with it now!). Couldn’t fault Revolut so far (ok, the long wait to get through on chat when the account is blocked for fraud checking - but I’d rather wait in a virtual queue for 2 hrs and get on with my life than wait in a real queue or on the telephone for 30 mins with a physical bank and not be able to do anything else)
You have to be really unlucky.
