I just got back from Cuba and yes, Revolut card works with ATMs. It didn’t work at the beginning, but it turned out I blocked magnetic stripe, and it seems ATMs were using it to read it. Because I had no internet connection I had no idea why my withdrawals were rejected, I learned that some time later when I was got notifications about those failed transactions. From FAQ- you cannot use CUC, but in the theory you should be able to use CUP. Practically:
