Revolut holding money and no support !

Good evening,

I am very worried about reactivating the support of the Revolut team, I received a bank transfer and the money is blocked. I have to use this money and I am stuck. I try to contact customer support but no response.

What do I have to do ?

I am very disappointed and I hope a response from customer service to the fastest

I try contact them by support in app, facebook & Twitter, i send this morning message to @AndreasK direct… i hope it will resolve this morning.
