I’ve used few minutes ago my Revolut card on the bus in London. It took me £10 when usually the price of the journey is £1.50!!! What can I do to have my money back? That’s crazy.

TfL unfortunately appears to have quite the legacy system there, which is why some of their policies in relation to tech (such as this.) is incredibly odd.
It works always correctly. TFL “books” 10£ and then the next day you will see the amount adjusted to the corresponding fees used across the day up to the daily cap.
This is TFL card authorisation. Transaction is currently ‘pending’ and the amount is going to be returned within 5 days.
